Summit Electric Supply has enlisted Chip Shows as service center leader of its Gonzales, Louisiana location.
Shows has over 25 years of experience working with electrical professionals in the Baton Rouge-Gonzales market. He worked as an electrical supervisor for an industrial electrical contractor before moving into sales in the electric supply industry. Shows supported industrial customers through both inside and outside sales roles, then advanced into supervisory and sales management positions. He recently oversaw the Louisiana footprint for a specialty distributor.
Shows says he was thrilled at the opportunity to join Summit. “Summit is a very established and successful company in this market. I look forward to the challenges that lie ahead and to working with a talented team in Gonzales.”
