One year ago, we were extremely concerned about hiring and retaining our co-workers. Brian Rooney and David Tozi joined the “DistributED with tED magazine” podcast to talk about their “Hiring Horror Stories” throughout the year.
Now that we are wrapping up 2002, Rooney and Tozi re-joined the podcast for a recap on their hiring efforts this year and a look ahead to potentially good and bad situations for 2023.
