E.B. Horsman & Son, an AD member and the largest independently owned and operated electrical wholesaler in Western Canada, recently announced that its 2015 E.B. Horsman & Son: Supplier of the Year distinction has been awarded to Thomas & Betts (a division of ABB).
This is a special award that is given to the supplier who drives sales, marketing and operational excellence in partnership with the E.B. Horsman & Son team.
Throughout the year the company works closely with its key partners to execute sales and marketing activities that will profitably grow its businesses into the future. The company pays close attention to a variety of key operational performance indicators when they select the winner of this award. Transactional metrics including purchasing, inventory management, online business, vendor managed inventory and other general operational ease of doing business criteria influence the selection. They solicit feedback from its branch network, sales force and customer service managers to ensure the core values of team work and collaboration are hit at all levels of its relationship.
