Tampa-based Electric Supply, Inc. recently acquired Phosco Electric, Inc. and its two Tampa area locations. Terms of the deal were not announced.
Electric Supply, Inc. did tell NAED that the Phosco locations in Mulberry and Bradenton, Florida will keep the Phosco name for now, but will eventually be folded in with the Electric Supply, Inc. name and branding. A timeline for the name change has not been set.
Electric Supply, Inc. also named two new branch managers for the Phosco locations, with Todd McCarthy running the Mulberry locations and Rusty Beck managing the Bradenton location.
