Martin Goetzeler, the former CEO of lighting manufacturer Osram, has been appointed CEO of Aixtron. German-based Aixtron makes equipment for the disposal of LED materials.
Until recently, Goetzeler served on the executive board of Siemens’ subsidiary Osram, and has also held various international leadership positions within the Siemens group.
He will replace Paul Hyland, the Aixtron’s current president and CEO.
