Granley named president of Werner Electric of Minnesota

Werner Electric of Minnesota has announced that Ben Granley will be stepping into the role of company president. Granley succeeds Kevin Powell, who transferred to the role of president and CEO of Van Meter Inc. in July.

According to a company news release, “Ben is an accomplished leader, having demonstrated his ability over his career at Werner Electric.”

Granley joined the Werner Electric team in 2004, and has held positions as distribution center supervisor, continuous improvement leader, regional distribution center manager and most recently, director of operations.

Ben is currently studying executive M.B.A. at Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He holds an A.A.S. in Electrical Design and B.S. in Management from Dunwoody College of Technology.
