Guarantee Electrical Team at California Refinery Earns State’s Highest OSHA Safety Honor

BENICIA, CALIF. – Guarantee Electrical Co.’s service team at the Valero Refinery in Benicia, Calif. has earned the Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) STAR designation for excellence in workplace health and safety from the California Occupational Safety & Health Administration (Cal/OSHA). Of 1.4 million eligible worksites in the state, only 75 attained the VPP STAR designation for providing the best feasible jobsite safety protection.
