IDEA Announces Three Promotions

ARLINGTON, Va. — The Industry Data Exchange Association (IDEA) announces three employee promotions. These strategic appointments play a crucial role in supporting the company’s initiatives in the coming year.

Brenda Maxwell has been promoted to Director of Global Product Management. Her experience includes more than 12 years of delivering software solutions and managing teams of developers and business analysts. In this new role, Maxwell is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams within IDEA Connector. She will oversee the identification of process improvements which will help IDEA deliver top-quality software solutions.

Heather White, an IDEA employee for nearly ten years, has been promoted to Controller. Her role is vital in IDEA’s accounting department and she assumes this responsibility after years of experience in all aspects of IDEA’s finance and HR functions.

Vivian Suarez has been promoted to Database Administrator. She recently obtained the Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) certification, a highly commendable achievement.
