LIBERTYVILLE, Ill. – Intermatic LLC announced the appointment of Kevin Kosobud as Chief Product Officer, a strategic hire that aims to strengthen new product development and support growth in the energy control and protection category. Kosobud brings a rich background of industrial manufacturing and electrical industry experience and will oversee Intermatic’s marketing, product management, and engineering teams, effective immediately.
Prior to joining Intermatic, Kosobud served as Chief Product Officer at JPW Industries, a company specializing in the design and manufacture of industrial-grade tools and fabrication solutions, as well as in multiple executive leadership roles at Ingersoll Rand, a global industrial machinery manufacturing company. Kosobud also spent several years in senior roles at Brady Corporation, where he managed a range of strategic product management and global marketing initiatives.
Most recently, Kosobud led global product management and marketing at the Aids to Navigation business unit of SPX Technologies.
