Lorin Roberts has become the latest person to join the “New Leaders Program”, a human resources innovation sponsored by Robroy Industries Conduit Division as an initiative to discover, hire, train and retain quality professionals within the electrical products industry. Roberts joins the internal leadership program at the company’s facility in Gilmer, Texas.
Ms. Roberts earned her B.B.A. in Marketing at the University of Texas at Tyler. She is currently assigned to the organization’s quotations department where she will gain front line skills dealing with customers. Ms. Roberts will then join Robroy Industries Channel Marketing Department where her education and expertise will enable her to be a liaison between the company and its distribution network.
