The BBJ works together with Quantum Workplace Research to identify, recognize and honor companies who have created a great workplace environment. Winners are chosen based on the results of a confidential survey conducted by Quantum Market.
In a news release, the company said it is a great honor to be recognized as a best place to work and it is important for the company to continue to attract the best and brightest associates by focusing on the strengths and weakness pointed out to management from the results of the survey.
Areas of consideration for the Best Places to Work survey include workplace satisfaction, compensation, career growth and challenge and company management. The results help management develop and implement strategies to create a more effective workplace and to continue to improve the performance of the business.

The company serves contractors, industrials, utilities, commercial businesses and institutions with new construction and maintenance components, parts, equipment and supplies.
