McNaughton-McKay Georgia ranked among top 100 workplaces for 2013

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution has honored McNaughton-McKay’s Georgia Region as one of the Top 100 Work Places in Atlanta, GA in the category of Small Size (149 or fewer employees). This is the second time in as many nominations that McNaughton-McKay has received this prestigious award.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution gives these awards based on information provided by employees of the company that is collected by Workplace Dynamics. The 20-question survey covers six categories that include pay, benefits, work conditions, career advancement, business plan execution and company leadership.

Georgia General Manager, Bryan Hays, states “Receiving the AJC Top 100 Work Place recognition is incredibly meaningful because we are nominated by employees and chosen strictly by 3rd party, employee survey results.”
