At the NAED National Meeting in Orlando in May, the association announced the latest step in its workforce development initiative, www.careerswithpower.com.
The new website is part of a new industry awareness platform designed to showcase the incredible career opportunities within electrical distribution and help strengthen future talent pipelines for our industry. It represents a major milestone in NAED’s Workforce Development effort, and is designed to help key talent pipelines (students, military veterans, and women) explore meaningful, future-ready careers and connect them directly to our member companies.
During the NAED National Meeting’s General Session, association President and CEO Wes Smith officially launched the program and invited every company to be a part of it.
