ST. LOUIS – The National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED) is announcing its Board of Directors and Education & Research Foundation Board for 2025-2026.
Paul Kennedy, CEO of DSG, begins his second year as NAED Board Chair. Past Chair John Cain, CEO Emeritus & Strategic Advisor for Wiseway Supply, remains on the board. The association is announcing John Eggleton, President and CEO of Kirby Risk Electrical Supply, as the Chair-Elect.
NAED Board Members for next year are:

“As a supply chain, we are facing both certainties and uncertainties in the next fiscal year,” Wes Smith, NAED President and CEO said. “Our board understands the direction the association is headed and is supportive of the impact the association is having on the people and the companies we represent. We are looking forward to continuing our strategic and data-driven strategies to provide the correct goals and measurable success.”
NAED is also announcing Amanda Witham as the NAED Education and Research Foundation Chair for the next year. Micah Carlton, Chief Human Resources Officer, Summit Electric Supply Co., Inc, is the Foundation Chair-Elect. Phil Hale, CIO, Elliott Electric Supply, will remain on the Foundation Board as Past Chair.

“The NAED Foundation’s impact over the next year will be felt by all member companies,” Smith added. “Whether it’s continuing to grow our education offerings, the expanded research efforts on Electrification, expanded efforts in Workforce Development, or the building blocks inside the NAED Digital Center of Excellence and the ‘Where’s My Stuff?’ project, NAED members will be positioned with the products, services, and information needed for the next decade and beyond.
