NAED Launches New EPEC 2.0 Online Workbook

NAED is announcing the launch of the new EPEC workbook as part of “EPEC 2.0” which will not only modernize the process of taking EPEC courses but also provide answers to questions and feedback from EPEC reviewers in a more timely fashion.

  • The new workbooks will allow students to complete their workbooks online as they work through the EPEC courses without leaving the Learning Center. Having the submittal, review, and return processes in the same system will also facilitate easier turnaround and eliminate the need for outside software or file transfer systems.
  • Adding online workbooks to our EPEC courses is the next step in modernizing the program and meeting our members’ needs.

Per Kitty Lasinski, Senior Education Product Manager at NAED, “We’ve enhanced the Workbook process in EPEC to create a smoother, more efficient learning experience. The entire workflow is now managed directly within the Learning Management System, removing the need for interactive PDF files and eliminating the inefficiencies that came with submitting work through them. The system now auto‑grades simple multiple‑choice and True/False questions,  freeing up time for the EPEC reviewers. Learners still engage with the same high‑quality content, but in a modernized, online format.”

By moving away from PDFs and third-party tools, the new system upgrades the workbook process. And, EPEC reviewers can now focus on evaluating written responses, making the review process more efficient.

You’ll continue to receive the same high-quality educational content you expect from NAED, now delivered in a more interactive and streamlined format.

Now is the time to take advantage of the new EPEC 2.0 Online Workbook. You can go to the NAED Learning Center at https://www.naed.org/epec-overview.
