NAED Opens 2026 Annual Awards Nominations

NAED has opened the nomination process for its 2026 Member Annual Achievement Awards, which highlight the companies and individuals who are making significant contributions to the industry and the association.

Like past years, winners will be honored during the Annual Awards Banquet during the NAED National Meeting, which is May 12-14 in Orlando, Florida. And, once again NAED will be honoring four individuals, two companies, and recently retired people with the Honorary Life Membership Award.

Submissions for award nominees are free,, and you can submit nominations for every category. You must use the nominations form attached to each category.

The awards are:

Arthur W. Hooper Achievement Award

This award is presented to an individual who has had an exceptional career in distribution that covers the span of many years.

Distributor Distinguished Service Award

This award is given to an individual for outstanding and dedicated service to the Association and the electrical distribution industry.

Associate Distinguished Service Award

This award is given to an individual associated with an electrical manufacturing firm, who has consistently been active in promoting and supporting the tenets and goals of NAED.

Industry Award of Merit

This award honors an associate company that has been exceptionally active in promoting, supporting and improving the electrical distribution channel.

Women in Industry Trailblazer Award

This award recognizes a woman in the industry for outstanding and dedicated service to NAED, its Women in Industry group, and the electrical distribution industry.

iBelongHere Award

This award recognizes an NAED member company that advances workforce belonging and engagement by investing in its people, strengthening connections, and creating an environment that attracts and retains diverse talent across the industry.

Honorary Life Membership Award

This award is open to retiring distributor and manufacturer members, recognizes the accomplishments that these members have made throughout their careers to NAED and the electrical distribution channel. The honoree must be retired from active participation.
