Needham Electric Scores a Touchdown On Customer Appreciation Day

Canton, Massachusetts – Needham Electric’s Customer Appreciation Day 2013 kicked off with the GE Energy Odyssey Tour Bus parked in the front, giving customers hands on experiences with the latest GE technologies to improve facility safety, productivity and reliability. They then made their way up to the East Lounge where Needham Associates greeted and registered them for the day.

Customers were then invited to walk the trade show floor to visit with nearly 40 vendors including game-day sponsors GE Energy and GE Lighting. Customers were able to ask questions, test out new products, and even place orders. Three time Super Bowl champion Joe Andruzzi stopped by for a meet and greet before lunch. Customers received personalized autographed posters and a complimentary photograph with Joe, wearing his most recent Super Bowl ring.

After lunch, customers headed to the Executive Suites to attend two, forty-five minute technical seminars of their choosing from GE Lighting, Hubbell Wiring, Firelite, Lutron, Boston Safety Training, Juno, RAB and Crouse-Hinds. After receiving a certificate of completion for their training, over 100 prizes were raffled off, including a signed Joe Andruzzi football and jersey, and the grand prize of two tickets to the November 24th New England Patriots vs. Denver Broncos game.

The day concluded with a touch down. Customers were taken on an exclusive field tour, not open to the public. Gillette Stadium tour guides took them through the tunnel where the Patriots prepare for every game to the visitors’ locker room where they were free to take photographs and try on equipment. The tour concluded on the field where nearly 69,000 fans gather each week of the season to watch the New England Patriots football team and New England Revolutions soccer team dominate the sports world.
