nVent announced that its Board of Directors named CEO Beth Wozniak to the additional position of Chair of the Board following nVent’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 12, 2023. Randall Hogan, nVent’s former non-executive Chairman of the Board will continue on the Board of Directors and has joined the Compensation and Human Capital Committee and the Governance and Social Responsibility Committee.
nVent also announced that Sherry Aaholm was elected to its Board of Directors at the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Aaholm is currently the Vice President and Chief Digital Officer of Cummins, Inc. Previously, she served as Vice President — Chief Information Officer of Cummins from 2013 to 2021, and prior to that she served as Executive Vice President, Information Technology of FedEx Services from 1999 to 2012.
