Omni Cable was ranked as one of the Top Workplaces 2013 Small Company winners from WorkplaceDynamics’ annual survey of companies in the Philadelphia area. The results were announced in the Philadelphia Inquirer on March 17th.
This was the first time Omni Cable was enrolled in the WorkplaceDynamics survey. Ninety employees from Omni Cable’s corporate office in West Chester completed the anonymous survey last November. The survey data showed that employees most want to work at companies with high levels of organizational health.
“I am part of a growing company that is financially sound. In a now-unstable global economy, security matters,” said one employee.
