PLC Multipoint Announces New Sales Structure

Everett, WA – Norm Dittmann, President of PLC Multipoint, is pleased to announce the completed transformation of its sales department under Garrison Leykam.  In his role as National Sales Manager, Garrison will be instrumental in leading the next phase of growth for PLC in the commercial market segments driving the growth of the Manufacturer’s Representative and OEM Channels as well as leading PLC’s effort to grow their Energy and Institutional Channel sales. Garrison has held senior management roles for several major companies including MCI Telecommunications, Cablevision and DSL.net, most recently as Senior Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for Phoenix Hardwood Floors. Garrison has a Master’s Degree from New York City’s New School for Social Research and will maintain a home office in central Connecticut.

Ronda McCullar is PLC Multipoint’s new Channel Sales Manager, OEMs, Buildings and Sensor Division. Partnering with building automation and lighting fixture manufacturers, Ronda will be instrumental in leading the next phase of growth for PLC’s daylighting sensors and energy control solutions.  She brings to PLC more than 15 years of experience in building and managing multimillion-dollar product portfolios and driving significant sales, profit and market share increases and has held key roles with American Electric Lighting, Holophane and Hunter Fan.  She earned her MBA in Marketing and a BA in Economics from the University of Memphis.  Ronda will be working from a home office in the Columbus, Ohio area.

Philip A. Marlow is the new Channel Sales Manager, Manufacturer’s Representatives.  Philip brings to PLC more than 25-years of sales and management experience in the lighting, lamp and ballast industries and has held senior sales positions with Corbett Lighting, Inc., Hubbell Lighting and Halo Lighting. He earned both an MBA and an MA from the Xavier Graduate School of Business in Cincinnati and a BS from Western Kentucky University. Philip will be working from a home office in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
