For the fifth consecutive year, Rittal Systems Ltd. is being certified as a GreatWorkplace in Canada after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work® Canada. This certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience. Rittal’s Trust Index score has exceeded the minimum threshold to be officially Certified as a Great Workplace.
Tim Rourke, President, Rittal Systems Canada, said, “I would like to thank our amazing team for making Rittal a Great Place to Work for the fifth year in a row. I am proud and honoured to be able to work with such a respectful, friendly and supportive team that collaborates so well together, and regularly goes above and beyond for the customer, the company and for each other. We often hear that our industry is one of the few where employees enjoy such longevity of service, a fact that speaks to the stability of the industry and also to the environment, and it is this tremendous environment that our employees are all a part of creating.”
Rittal employees identified the opportunities to learn and grow and the training sessions, as well as the fun activities and frequent communications that keep them aware of the latest and greatest happenings at Rittal. Most importantly, they have identified the strong, strategic leadership, the trust and teamwork, and the fact that they take pride in the many innovations and constantly-evolving technology that Rittal has to offer to customers and distributors, making Rittal a thought leader in the manufacturing industry.
Team Rittal Canada with President Tim Rourke, and their new Mission Statement: “We enjoy satisfying customers’ wishes and challenges with innovative solutions!”
