of ETL-Verified PVC coated galvanized rigid conduit is announcing that Horacio
Ramirez has been appointed Plant Manager of its Gilmer, Texas facility.

experience that will contribute to our continued growth as the marketplace
leader for PVC coated galvanized rigid conduit. His ability to lead multiple
complex projects will be of direct value to our customers.”
Mr. Ramirez brings to Robroy Industries an
exceptional track record of optimizing manufacturing operations within a
diverse, global industry base including automotive, electronics, and paper
office supplies. He has demonstrated success in reducing maintenance, repair,
annual labor and total inventory cost. His expertise also includes defining and
implementing lean projects for maximized performance and quality in domestic
and overseas facilities.
Mr. Ramirez holds a Bachelor of Mechanical and
Electrical Engineering from the Technological Institute of Monterrey,
Monterrey, Mexico; and recently completed a Master of Business Administration
and Finance from the Universidad Tec Milenio, Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico.
