Summit Electric Supply planning new service center

Summit Electric Supply will be opening a new service center in Victoria, Texas. The company’s new gulf coast operation will service a broad range of customers, including industrial, maintenance, repair, and operation.
The Victoria service center, opening in May 2013, will be Summit’s 23rd location and the fifth service center uniquely positioned to service the Eagle Ford Shale. Victoria will be under the direction of service center leader Ted Mendoza, who also manages Summit’s Corpus Christi and Kenedy locations.
Victoria service center customers can expect to receive Summit guaranteed services that ensure quick and accurate order filling. The 30-Second Counter Service Guarantee says customers will get service within 30-seconds or they’ll receive a Summit Buck worth a $5 credit on their purchase.
Similarly, the 20/20 Will Call Guarantee says phone-in orders will be ready in 20 minutes or customers get a $20 account credit. Only custom wire and cable cuts, large amounts of conduit, or back-ordered or nonstock material are excluded.
The service center will also provide 24-hour emergency service.
