CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Coresential Lighting and Controls of the Carolinas, EGI Associates, Inc., and Quality Lighting Solutions announce they are joining forces to become one of the largest agencies in the Carolinas. This merger brings together three companies rich in history with decades of lighting and controls experience, and collectively more than 150 manufacturer partners.
Serving both North and South Carolina, Affiliated Lighting + Controls is more than 30 employees strong with four offices. The company’s headquarters are in Charlotte, and the executive leadership team includes Barry Enegess, Len James, David Locke, Robin Conway and David Feus.
With an aggressive appetite for growth, Coresential Lighting and Controls is one of the Southeast’s most established businesses. Founded in 1987, Coresential has grown through natural expansion, acquisitions, and mergers. Most recently, merging with Carolina Controls Group in January of 2019.
