IPSWICH, Mass. — United Pipe & Steel Corp. and Merfish Pipe & Supply Co. announced that Patrick Starkey has been promoted to Western Regional Sales Manager and will be working with the company’s West Coast sales team, based out of Huntington Beach, Calif. Starkey has been with the company for just over four years as an Outside Sales Representative in Texas, having previously worked in the industry on the West Coast for another company in the plumbing and heating and PVF industry.
