While in these roles, Taylor has created robust relationships with distributors, agents, and key end-users.

“At Universal, we value the relationships we have built over the years with our distributors,” said Joe Damiani, executive vice president, sales and marketing for Universal Lighting Technologies. “We have a strong sales organization with quality agents, experiences sales managers, and a solid regional sales support strategy. Taylor’s commitment of the central region will help us provide our partners with a rapidly expanding line of LED products, plus the quality service they have come to know and appreciate over the many years of doing business together. We look forward to the new opportunities Donna will bring to the organization.”

Based out of Medina, Ohio, Taylor will report directly to Damiani and will manage the OEM and distribution channels in the region, providing support to agents, distributors, and end-users. Taylor will have five regional sales managers reporting to her.
