Werner Electric Supply commemorated its wind turbine and solar tracker with a ribbon cutting event on Dec. 12, 2012.
According to a company news release, Werner Electric strives to have continued focus on U.S. manufacturers and chose to install a Renewegy 20kw wind turbine made in Oshkosh, Wis. and an Azimuth Tracker made by Array Technologies out of Albuquerque, N.M.
These product offerings will help reduce the company’s carbon footprint and give customers and community members the option to see these solutions at work at the Werner corporate headquarters in Cottage Grove, Minn.
