Airmaster Names New Finance Director

CLARKLAKE, Michigan – Airmaster, a leading manufacturer of air circulation and ventilation solutions, announced Dave Benson as its new finance director.

In this position, Benson is responsible for supervising all finance, accounting and IT objectives for Airmaster. He manages a staff of three employees who perform all of Airmaster’s accounts receivable, accounts payable and IT functions.

Prior to joining Airmaster, Benson worked as a CPA in the public sector for more than 36 years. While his new position at Airmaster is his first in the industry, Benson audited and provided consultation to many manufacturers during his time as a CPA.

“As Airmaster heads into another exciting year of growth and opportunity, we look forward to using Dave’s wealth of financial insights and experience to help guide our future,” said Benjamin Braitsch, president and CEO of Airmaster. “From overseeing our financial team, to implementing our new enterprise resource planning processes, we are confident Dave’s leadership will continue to lead us to success.”

Benson earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Michigan State University and earned his CPA license in 1985. He currently lives in Summit Township, Michigan, with his wife and has two grown children. In his spare time, he enjoys tennis and collecting playing card decks.
