Charles Hiivala died on Jan. 10 at the age of 78.
Hiivala worked as a salesman for Northland Electric Supply Company in Minneapolis.
He leaves behind seven sons, a daughter, a sister, 24 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and his wife Florence.
