HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — NSI Industries, LLC, a leading provider of electrical and control products, announced the appointment of Melissa McGinnis as the company’s customer service manager. McGinnis brings over 10 years of experience in customer care and team management and will responsible for overseeing the Customer Service and Inside Sales Department.
“Melissa is distinctly qualified to lead our NSI customer service team with her experience in customer care, management and accounting,” said Josh Ohlinger, vice president, Operations, NSI Industries. “Her proven results, skills and experience will be an asset to ensuring a positive experience for our customers. We’re excited to have her a part of our team.”
Prior to joining NSI, McGinnis was a customer service manager for Merck Sharp & Dohmne Corp. and started her career with Food Lion, holding positions in accounting and as a member service representative. Most recently she was the customer care manager for a chemical company in North Carolina.
McGinnis received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Catawba College in North Carolina. She will be based at NSI’s corporate headquarters in Huntersville, North Carolina.
