Robroy Names Rudolph Bourgeois as Plant Engineer

Robroy Industries Raceway Division recently announced the addition of Rudolph (Rudy) Bourgeois to the team in the role of Plant Engineer. Bourgeois holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology Applied Engineering from the University of Texas at Tyler, and an Associates of Applied Science in Computer Aided Drafting from Texas State Technical College. Bourgeois is currently enrolled at the University of Texas, and is working on his Master’s in Industrial Management. Prior to joining Robroy Industries, Bourgeois worked for Lone Star Steel as a Maintenance Supervisor. When asked what attracted him to the organization, Bourgeois stated “Robroy Industries has continuously remained at the forefront of quality and on time service. This coupled with the fact that innovation has been prevalent shows that the company is committed to continuous growth. There is a future with this company. The structure of the organization, setting of smart goals, and focus on the development of our people makes me a good fit with the team.”

In his new role as Plant Engineer for Robroy Industries Raceway Division, Bourgeois will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the activities of all personnel involved in the maintenance department. This includes preventative maintenance as well as any repair or alteration of equipment, buildings, structures, and tools.
