MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The lawsuits between Robroy and Thomas & Betts, Robroy Industries-Texas, LLC et al. v. Thomas & Betts Corporation, Case No. 2:15-CV-512-WCB (E.D. Tex.) and Thomas & Betts Corporation v. Robroy Industries-Texas LLC et al., 2:16-CV-198-WCB (E.D. Tex.), have been resolved by mutual agreement of the parties.
As a result, Thomas & Betts has agreed to discontinue making certain claims regarding its Ocal brand of PVC coated conduit and the conduit manufactured by Robroy.
Thomas & Betts has placed a notice on its website regarding the removal of certain content including in the following locations:
