tED Magazine’s Best of the Best Awards Open for Submissions

Now that the holidays and most of the winter storms are behind us, we are happy to announce that the 2017 tED magazine “Best of the Best” awards is officially open for submissions.

We will be accepting nominations beginning January 16, 2017 through February 24, 2017.  As in past years, the 2017 winners will be revealed during the NAED AdVenture Conference in Chicago,  August 2-4.

This year, we will again have 14 marketing categories in the competition, including Brand Awareness, Digital/Social Media Campaign, Event, Integrated Promotional Campaign, Literature/Selling Tool, Print Ad (Single), Print Campaign, Product Launch, Public Relations/Community Outreach, Public Relations/ Corporate, Publication, Video, and Website. But for the first time, we are changing the distributor divisions to have four groups instead of three. This will allow for a more level competition among similar size distributors. And it means we will be handing out more awards.

The distributor categories are: Under $100 million in revenue, $101-$400 million, $401-$700 million, and $701 and over. You can go to www.tedmag.com/Best right now to get the information you need for this year’s contest, and to submit your entries.

Following the submission deadline for the “Best of the Best” awards, tED magazine will begin taking nominations for the tED magazine “30 Under 35.”  Those submissions will be accepted between March 6 and April 7 2017. This will be the sixth year for our “30 Under 35,” and once again the best and the brightest in our supply chain will be recognized at the NAED LEAD Conference in Denver July 19-21. You can get details on how to nominate one of your co-workers at www.tedmag.com/30under35.

If you do have additional questions, you can contact Publisher Scott Costa at scosta@naed.org or tED magazine editor Misty Byers at mbyers@naed.org.
